- All shipping discounts/free shipping offers will be refunded to your Paypal account after the transaction is complete and payment has been made. If you are making multiple purchases, please email us at email@example.com for clarification
- All Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post with tracking number.
- International orders are sent via Australia Post unless otherwise requested.
- All duty and taxes incurred at the port of landing are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily offer an exchange for the same amount. Assuming they are returned within 10 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition.
In the unlikely event of a faulty purchase, we will happily offer a refund.

- If you wish to exchange the item please include the specifics of the item you wish to exchange it for.
- Upon approval, instructions for the return will be sent via email. Please await our reply before sending the item.

- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- The customer will cover the cost of return postage. In the case of an exchange, ZOOLOGIE will post the new items free of charge. The cost to the customer of the return delivery will not be refunded in any case.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged, lost or stolen in the return transit.
- If returning an item from outside Australia, please mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. ZOOLOGIE are not responsible for any return custom charges made.
- Please make sure that the original receipt is enclosed with your item - no receipt may result in your return not being processed.
